Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BookClub. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver throughout Malta and Gozo. We do not ship outside the Maltese islands at this time.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered by courier via Malta Post’s next-working-day service as part of our quick delivery service. Orders placed on business days are typically dispatched the same or next working day, with delivery on the following working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier volumes or factors outside our control.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders over €35. For orders of €35 or less, a delivery fee applies and is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We may contact you to confirm address details before dispatch to ensure your order reaches you without delay. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
